The structure is in place. Records appear only once they have been located, cited, labelled and reviewed — so most sections are still empty.
That is deliberate. An archive that publishes first and verifies later is not an archive.
Method
How claims are labelled
Every statement carries one of five labels. Labels attach to the individual claim, not to a whole profile — a person may have a documented residence, a probable birth date and disputed parentage at the same time.
Stated directly by an original record we can cite and show.
Supported by two or more independent records that agree.
The weight of evidence favours it, but no record states it outright.
A working idea being tested. Not a conclusion.
Records conflict, or the claim is contested. Both sides are shown.
